Today, on the 5th of January, Pete Lau posted the specifications of the 10 Pro on Twitter. These specifications are in line with the specifications that have been leaked earlier by OnLeaks. We have updated the spec table accordingly.

OnePlus' CEO and founder, Pete Lau, has shared several renders of the 10 Pro, along with its colour names (Volcanic Black and Emerald Forest) on the OnePlus forums. As with the 9-series, OnePlus has been inspired by the so-called 'CMF', which stands for 'colour, material, finish'. According to Lau, the camera island is made of ceramics and is '13 times tougher than glass'. On the back of the phone we can see the three cameras and flashlight. The flashlight seems to be a yellow and white LED. What's noticeable is that 'P2D 50T' is written on it. It's unclear what this means.

According to leaker DigitalChatStation (on Weibo), the OnePlus 10 Pro should allow 80W wired fast charging (rumours previously hinted at 125W wired fast charging), as well as 50W wireless charging.
We have updated the specs sheet present at the bottom of our coverage accordingly.

OnLeaks shared the full specsheet and a render of the OnePlus 10 Pro in collaboration with 91Mobiles. We have edited the table at the bottom of this article.

Also, the first photo of the alleged 10 Pro (dummy phone) has been leaked and has been leaked by Davin Kowalski in collaboration with Fathom. The site is not really known, so take it with a pinch of salt. It looks like an aluminium phone made in a mold. The shapes on the back do seem to confirm the quad cameras on a sort of island with a curve to the side of the phone.

Max Jambor, a reputable leaker, tweeted a timeline of the OnePlus 10 Pro launch. The timeline indicates that the Chinese variant of the 10 Pro will be announced in January/February 2022, while the global variant should launch in March/April.

That same day, Ishan Agarwal, another reputable leaker, responded on the tweet of Jambor.

Furthermore, two days ago, on the 15th of November 2021, 91Mobiles claimed that OnePlus started with private testing for the 10-series in China and Europe. The website also mentions the launch of late January / early February. Both the 10 and 10 Pro should come with the unannounced Snapdragon 898.

OnePlus has just announced their most recent phone: the OnePlus Nord 2 x Pac-Man Edition. Not much later, OnLeaks, in collaboration with Zouton, already posted the first renders of the next flagship series of the company, the OnePlus 10 Pro. According to the website, there will also be a OnePlus 10.

Specifications

It's rumoured that the base model of the 10 Pro will get 8GB of RAM along with 128GB of storage, while the more expensive variants will be up to 12GB and 256GB storage. The display is said to be an LTPO Fluid2 AMOLED one of 6.7", with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Furthermore, the device will get a big battery of 5000mAh, which is the biggest battery any OnePlus flagship had. We can see three cameras at the back which seems, in terms of the amount, a downgrade compared to the 9 Pro. OnePlus said in the past that future flagship devices will also benefit from the Hasselblad collaboration. Besides that, the phone also seems to have a metal frame.
Do mind that it's still early before the device launches, so specifications might vary at the official launch. The renders are based on real life images of a prototype.
