Try your luck getting the OnePlus Nord early in an online pop-up event
If you missed the pre-order rounds, you can secure your spot in the queue to get it early. The phone is set to go on sale starting August 4th.
OnePlus held a first-of-its-kind AR smartphone launch for the Nord on 21st July, 2020. Given how the phone is priced, it has attracted a lot of attention from European and Indian users (the only two regions where the phone is being sold).
The phone's sales will start on 4th August, 2020. If you missed the pre-order rounds, OnePlus has come up with yet another way to let people snag the device early:
- Head over to oneplus.com/nord/popups
- Setup your personal avatar and share it on Instagram with the hashtag #NordPopUp
- For verification purposes, you'll also have to login to your OnePlus account and submit the Instagram post's link
- That should secure your spot in the queue
If you're lucky, you'll be one of the first people who'll be able to buy the OnePlus Nord. Invitation codes will be sent out on 29th and 30th July. Once you receive your code, you'll have exactly 24 hours to purchase the pop-up box using the invitation code (it will expire after a day). Contents of the popup-box:
