OnePlus Ace 2 specifications have been leaked

The first OnePlus Ace was announced in the beginning of 2022 for the Chinese market. A week later, the Indian variant was announced, called the OnePlus 10R. Now, Yogesh Brar has leaked the specsheet of the OnePlus Ace 2, which should then be the 11R. The R-variants of OnePlus phones are usually slimmed down versions of the regular flagship phones in terms of specs and price.

The successor of the OnePlus Ace (10R) will be getting an upgrade when it comes to the display, according to Yogesh. The panel remains a 6.7" one, but the resolution gets bumped from 1080p to 1440p. The refresh rate is unchanged; 120Hz. The SoC gets an upgrade too: from a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max to a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The phone comes with either 8, 12 or 16GB of RAM. As of storage, you will be able to choose from either 128 of 256GB. The camera seems to be getting a big upgrade: from a 50MP IMX 766 to a 50MP IMX 890 of Sony. The second and third camera seem to be unchanged with 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP sensor. We personally think this is again a 2MP bokeh, just like the Ace (10R) has. The front camera is a 16MP one. The new phone should run ColorOS 13, which is based on Android 13. If this phone will come out in India too as the 11R, it'll likely run OxygenOS 13 out-of-the-box. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery and can be charged with 100W. The 10R (first Ace) has two charging versions: an 80W one and a 150W one (the latter being called Endurance Edition). That's why we think the 11R/Ace may get two variants as well, where the 100W option is the cheapest variant of the two.
